How to Make a Warranty Claim

All warranty request will be handled through the service ticketing system of the providing retailer.
To exercise your warranty right, a valid proof of purchase is required. A valid proof of purchase is
defined as one of the following:
• Original sales receipt from an authorized DUTZO retailer.
• An order number together with a customer number from an authorized DUTZO retailer.
Extend of warranty
You are eligible for Limited Warranty when purchasing DUTZO products from any of the above
listed authorized DUTZO retailers. The Limited Warranty provided, starts from the day of purchase
from an authorized DUTZO retailer. The warranty period will vary by specific product. You can find
the warranty period in the product manual or the listing of DUTZO warranty periods below.
Exclusions
DUTZO warrant that the DUTZO product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for
the specified period when used normally. This warranty does not cover problem or damage
resulting from, but not limited to:
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Any modifications, abuse, accidents, misapplication, or unauthorized repair
• Any improper operations, including any use not in accordance with the supplied product
instructions
• Connection to any improper voltage supplies
• Any other cause not related to a product defect in materials or workmanship
PLEASE NOTE: That his warranty does not in any way conflict with your rights as a consumer
regarding in force national law of consumers goods. These rights remain without being revoked by the Limited Warranty in any way.
An obsolete or discontinued product
An obsolete or discontinued product will be replaced by the same product if it is available. If the
same product is unavailable, DUTZO will replace the obsolete or discontinued product with a
product of similar function and capacity.
